LEAD U Camp
2–4 day experienceAn immersive leadership and college exposure experience designed to introduce students to college life and expectations while building leadership, entrepreneurship, arts, and design skills. Through hands-on learning and mentorship, students are exposed to diverse speakers who encourage academic and career pathways, foster confidence and purpose, and develop goal-setting skills.
LEAD Tech
90-minute workshopOne-day leadership workshops tailored for schools, churches, community organizations, and youth groups. Students experience professional development, mindset training, AI training, and the top tools used by industry leaders.
LEAD U Summer
5-week Summer Leadership InstituteThe LEAD U Summer Institute runs June 24 – July 23 in partnership with Camp College, Tidewater Community College, and Regent University. Students access internship opportunities, mentorship, and career exploration experiences designed to build strong college-to-career pathways, and close the summer on stage at Fearless 1X.
LEAD U Institute
On-campus college programA structured 9-week in-school/after-school leadership development program hosted on a college campus, with transportation provided for high school students. Students gain practical skills and on-campus experience that prepare them for long-term success as they transition from college into career.
